Qasioun TV correspondent reported that the Afrin area, northwest of Aleppo, is witnessing calm after the military changes that took place yesterday, Thursday, from the control of Hayat Tahrir al-Sham and its allies from the National Army over the city, after the clashes that took place near the Kafr Jannah area, opposite the Third Legion of the National Army.
Our correspondent indicated that the battles stopped and there was a state of calm this Friday morning in that area, in light of talks about negotiations between Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham and the Third Corps, the features of which have not yet been clear.
According to activists, the commission demanded the receipt of economic, security and military files in the areas of the National Army, and other demands that were not approved by the Third Corps.
In the al-Bab area, activists said that the Hamzah Division renewed targeting the city with shells and heavy machine guns.
Civilians fear renewed shelling and clashes, as no agreement has yet been reached to end the fighting.
