The Directorate of Documentation of Violations and Human Rights in the Syrian Interim Government revealed in its periodic report for the month of last September that the number of victims of violations by the Assad regime and the SDF militias were civilians.
According to the report, during the past month, the death toll reached 12 civilians, including: 10 men and two children, and 31 civilians were injured, including: 16 men, 6 women and 9 children.
She explained that the Assad regime and its allies were responsible for the killing of 8 civilians, including 6 men and 2 children, and the injury of 27 civilians, including 14 men, 6 women and 7 children, while the "Qayd" militia was responsible for killing civilians and wounding two men and two children.
It indicated that the liberated areas were targeted during the past month with 155 bombing operations, and the Assad regime and its allies were responsible for 144 operations, while the SDF militias were responsible for 6 operations, while it was not clear who was responsible for the rest of the operations because the source of the bombing in some areas was from points Joint forces between the SDF and the regime forces.
He stressed that the Assad regime was responsible for committing one massacre in the village of "Hafsara", which killed 7 martyrs and wounded 15, and the Assad regime was responsible for two attacks with prohibited weapons.
It is worth noting that this report is issued periodically by the Directorate of Documentation of Violations and Human Rights in the Syrian Interim Government, and the outcome of violations against civilians is documented during each month, and the number of victims and the responsibility and number of each party are documented.
