  • Syrian Refugees In Germany Hands Al-Bakr To Police

    Agencies (Qasioun) – German Police on Monday that 3 Syrian refugees in Germany helped the police to catch a bomb suspect "Jaber Al-Bakr" after a chase lasted for 2 days.

     

    Police believe Jaber al-Bakr, also a Syrian, was planning a bomb attack and had links to so-called Islamic State, but they failed to arrest him on Saturday during a house raid where they didn’t find him in his apartment by found 1.5kg of explosives in the eastern city of Chemnitz, the suspect made his way south to Leipzig and asked help from fellow Syrians who handed him to police today.

     

    Separately, the German chancellor “Angela Merkel” thanked the security forces and the Syrian who helped handing Jaber Al-Bakr to the police.

     

    Merkel spokeswomen “Olerka Dimer” said in a press conference on Monday that Angela Merkel thanks the security forces and the Syrians who helped to handle the terrorist “Al-Bakr”
