Turkey has sent doctors to sanlıurfa and Mardin provinces to prepare for a possible Turkish incursion into Syria, Reuters reported.
"Doctors' leave has been suspended to prepare for a possible cross-border operation. We have been preparing that for a long time. Now we have reached a stage where the operation can be carried out at any time that seems necessary," the agency quoted an unnamed senior Turkish security official as saying.
