  • Syrian Regime Proves The Death Of 68,000 In 2017 Without Specifying The Cause Of Death

    (Qasioun) – the Civil affairs chief followed to the Syrian regime forces, Ahmed Rahhal, announced the death of 32,000 in 2018 and 68,000 in 2017 and pointed out that directorate proves that they died and didn’t reveal the cause of death.

     

    The Syrian regime official's statements went controversial and were described on pro-regime social media pages as "Forging the facts".

     

    Other sources revealed that 8,000 detainees were killed under torture in Syrian regime prisons across Syria.

     

    Civil affairs records revealed the numbers from the areas that were not held by Syrian regime forces:

    1,000 detainees killed under torture from Darayya city in Damascus countryside

    750 detainees killed under torture from Hassakeh province

    550 detainees killed under torture from Aleppo province

    450 detainees killed under torture from Muadammyat Al-Sham in Damascus countryside

    30 detainees killed under torture from Yabrood area in Damascus countryside

    650 detainees killed under torture from Homs province

     

    In addition to thousands who were killed under torture in Syrian regime prisons from different cities in Syria.
