Russia Reveals Number Of Returnees From Lebanon To Syria

Agencies (Qasioun) – The Russian center for hosting refugees said on Tuesday that more than 3,000 refugees returned from Lebanon to Syria during the past 2 weeks.


Russian media sources said in a statement "Number of returnees from Lebanon since 18 July reached 3,826 refugees, including 2,846 people arrived from Zamrany crossing border and 980 arrived from Judaidat Yabos crossing.


Refugees were moved from the Lebanese side, accompanied by members from the Lebanese Interior ministry, to Beit Jen town in Syria.


Moreover, Hundreds of Syrian refugees returned from Lebanon to Syria last Saturday.
