  • American – Turkish Patrols Enter Manbij Area Eastern Aleppo

    Aleppo (Qasioun) – American – Turkish forces begin to implement the approved road map on Monday on Manbij in the eastern countryside of Aleppo.


    Turkish military forces entered to Manbij area through Aon Dadat crossing to the area splitting between the Syrian opposition forces and Kurdish People's defense units YPG militant group in the area.


    Syrian opposition sources told Qasioun News Agency that "Military convoy entered the area between Dadat checkpoint run by YPG and the checkpoint run by Syrian opposition forces on the other side, to secure its patrols in the area, later the convoy returned back to the Euphrates shield area"


    Turkish authorities have said that road map reached by Ankara and Washington aims to remove the YPG from Manbij city and it will take 90 days to be implemented, pointing out that YPG will be removed from Manbij and the civil management of the city will be delivered to local council.
