  • ISIS Launch A New Offensive On Abu Kamal City Eastern Deir Ezzor

    Deir Ezzor (Qasioun) – The Islamic state ISIS militant group carried out a new wide offensive on several areas held by the Syrian regime forces and the Iranian militias in Abu Kamal city in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor.


    Sources close to ISIS said that a convoy followed to the Iranian militias fell in an ambush near the city from the desert side, and led to dozens of casualties.


    ISIS could enter the city outskirts during the past few days following violent battles against the Syrian regime forces, during shelling with artillery and led ISIS to retract backwards.


    ISIS launching continuous attacks on the Syrian regime forces and Iranian militias on the western shores of Euphrates river, where it could reach Al-Taim oil field and Hasrat area eastern Deir Ezzor.
