  • Israeli Airstrikes Are Unjustified Aggression In Syria, Says Russia's Hmeimeem

    (Qasioun) – The Russian airbase of Hmeimeem in Syria said on its unofficial page on Facebook that the Israeli airstrikes that hit the Syrian regime positions in Damascus is a total unjustified aggression.

     

    Moreover, the airbase said that Damascus have the full right to respond in the suitable time.

     

    Israeli warplanes carried out airstrikes on late Tuesday and targeted the Syrian regime positions in Keswa area in the southern countryside of Damascus, immediately after the US withdrew from the 2015 Iran nuclear deal.

     

    Syrian regime media sources said that explosions were heard in Keswa area in Damascus countryside, Syrian regime SANA news agency quoted from a regime senior that "Syrian air defenses defeated 2 Israeli missiles and destroyed them in Keswa area in Damascus countryside"

     

    Noteworthy that Israeli occupation Prime minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, said that "Iran willing to deploy dangerous weapons in Syria to threaten the security of Israel".
