Deir Ezzor (Qasioun) – The US-Led Coalition warplanes carried out airstrikes on late Tuesday on the Syrian regime positions around Murat and Mazlom villages northeastern Deir Ezzor.

The Past few days witnessed a notable advance for the Syrian democratic forces SDF militant group, backed up by the US-Led Coalition, as the Syrian regime forces withdrew several areas in the villages located on the eastern shores of Euphrates river.

Separately, Syrian regime forces brought military reinforcements to Mayadin city and it's desert eastern Deir Ezzor, simultaneously as SDF brought reinforcements to Hajin town's outskirts which still held by ISIS.

However, clashes broke out between ISIS and Syrian regime forces in Boleel desert eastern Deir Ezzor on the western shores of Euphrates river, without any information received yet about casualties or damages.

The villages and towns held by Syrian regime forces on the eastern shores of Euphrates river (Murat, Khasham, Mazlom, Hatla, Tabya, Husainia and Salhya) are considered as a starting point for the military operations in the area, but the US-Led Coalition warplanes usually launch airstrikes on Syrian regime and Iranian militias' locations in these areas.
