  • Iranian Militias Withdrew Eastern Deir Ezzor Towards The Iraqi Lands

    Deir Ezzor (Qasioun) – The Iranian militias followed to the Iranian revolutionary guards corps IRGC withdrew on early Tuesday from Abu Kamal city and its outskirts from eastern Deir Ezzor towards the Iraqi lands, according to Syrian opposition media sources.


    The sources asserted that militias withdrew totally and emptied their headquarters in the city and outskirts, after ISIS attacked Abu Kamal city near the Iraqi borders.


    ISIS conducted a wide assault on the Syrian regime positions and their backing up militias in Abu Kamal city, using drones and led to eliminate an Iranian expert, according to sources.


    ISIS launched recently offensives against the Syrian regime forces and their allies, in addition to Syrian democratic forces SDF militant group eastern and northeastern Deir Ezzor, despite of the Syrian desert, which led to seize Sabee Beyar and Zaza checkpoint areas.
