  • Syrian Regime Attacks Southern Aleppo Despite Of The Turkish Forces Existance

    Aleppo (Qasioun) – The Syrian regime forces and their backing up militias carried out on late Tuesday a wide offensive over the Syrian opposition held areas Zemar and Tal Al-Taweel villages in the southern countryside of Aleppo.

     

    Faylaq Al-Sham faction followed to the Syrian opposition forces announced that its fighters could foil the offensive and caused casualties among the Syrian regime soldiers, while clashes broke out for hours between both sides.

     

    Zemar village is close 12km. from the Turkish observation post in Al-Eis hill and less than 8km. from the second post in Al-Toqan hill southern Idlib's countryside.

     

    Iranian militias in the area aims to capture new areas in the southern countryside of Aleppo, through carrying out several attacks over Memmo and Al-Taweel hill and Zemar village, but without being able to advance as the Turkish forces exist in the area.
