  • FSA Capture 3 Villages And Siege Rajo District In Afrin Northern Syria's Aleppo

    Aleppo (Qasioun) – The Free Syrian Army could capture on early Thursday on (Kharab Soloq, Haydar and Jaanky) villages and 3 strategic hills surrounding the villages near Rajo district in Afrin area northern Aleppo.

     

    It came following violent battles against the Kurdish People's defense units YPG militant group, among the running military operation of Olive Branch, where the opposition factions aim to enter Rajo district, which is considered one of the prominent strongholds for YPG in the area.

     

    Opposition factions approached during the last few days from opening a road between the Euphrates Shield areas, Idlib province and northern Syria, passing near the Turkish borders.

     

    Noteworthy that FSA could capture dozens of military positions in Afrin area, among the running military operation of Olive Branch, including villages, towns and strategic hills.
