YPG Using Chemical Weapons Against Syrian Opposition North Afrin

Aleppo (Qasioun) – Syrian Opposition factions participating in the olive branch announced Tuesday evening that 20 fighters have been suffocated, seven of them are critically affected, by the shelling of the People's Protection Units with a shell containing chlorine gas on the opposition sites.
"The Kurdish units targeted their positions in the village of Sheikh Kharuz, Bulbul district of Afrin north of Aleppo, with a mortar containing chlorine gas, which led to the injury of 20 fighters, seven of them in a dangerous situation».
The opposition factions, backed by the Turkish army, have been waging a military operation in Afrin since January 20, under the name of the olive branch against the people's protection units, during which they took control of a number of villages and strategic mountains.
