  • Syrian Opposition Foils Syrian Regime’s Attempt To Advance South Aleppo

    Agencies (Qasioun) - Syrian opposition factions on Saturday foiled a large-scale offensive by the Syrian regime and its foreign militias,

     

    The forces of the regime and the foreign militias launched a violent attack accompanied by aerial bombardment and artillery and missile shelling on the villages of Ramle, Sayala and BurjSabina in the Southern Aleppo countryside, and were able to control the village of Burj Sabina, but the opposition factions launched a counter-attack and managed to recover the village and repel All attempts on the rest of the villages.

     

    The attempts of the regime and the militias to progress are a part of its campaign to reach the Abo Dhour airport through the fronts of the southern countryside of Aleppo and Hama countrysides.
