Some Aids Enter Eastern Ghouta

Damascus (Qasioun) - An international convoy of food aid entered this morning through Wafideen camp to the villages and towns of the eastern Ghouta in Damascus countryside.

The convoy consists of twenty-two buses loaded with 4,300 food baskets in the city of Duma in the eastern district of Damascus countryside.

The eastern villages and towns of Ghouta suffer from the lack of many basic food and necessities, as well as a significant rise in prices as a result of the suffocating siege imposed by the regime forces backed by foreign militias.

Noteworthy that four deaths of children under the age of one year have been documented as a result of malnutrition and drought.
